The Performance Plan is a package cultivated around those interested in learning the fundamentals of training, how to properly leverage the training software, configuring and syncing the appropriate tools to the training platform and ultimately combining the various training essentials into a progressive training paradigm.
Training is loaded twice monthly to the athlete's training calendar. Communication with the coach is also twice a month with this package.
