The Specialized Plan caters to the athlete interested in receiving a highly-personalized training paradigm, weekly communication, and who is also looking for a monthly, in-person session.
This service tier includes an in-person strength training or on-the-road bike training. This plan also includes a functional strength training component, along with an individualized fueling protocol.
* For the Specialized Plan, you have the option of either a monthly One-on-One Ride or a monthly One-on-One Strength Training
